Domain Name: SGD$20 per year (you can register over at godaddy.com or use one of your existing domain names)
On-Going Hosting Fee* (with me): US$50 USD$25 per month *Promotional period*
*As I am using a proprietary software (NOT WordPress) to create this website for you, you will not be able to host it anywhere except on my AWS (Amazon Web Services) server. The monthly fee of US$25 (promotional price) includes unlimited hard disk space, unlimited bandwidth (able to serve unlimited visitors unlike traditional shared hosting), web security (daily scans / checks / fixes on virus) and SSL certificate (to make your website HTTPS).
Important Terms You Must Agree!
You must accept the following terms before you get me to do the website for you:
- This website cannot be hosted in any other platforms. If you decide to terminate the hosting in future, your website will also be deleted.
- After you receive your website, I will share with you videos on how to update the website content. But if you need me to help you update in future, per page update will cost SGD$50 and takes 48hrs to complete.
- There will be no meetup for this project. Once you make the 50% upfront deposit online, I will send you a word document for you to include the content you want to put in your website. I will start creating your website once I receive the word document with all the content. You will make the balance payment before I live the website.
- It will take me less than 30 days to complete your website AFTER I receive the COMPLETED word document from you.
- The layout of your website will be the same as the demo link here. You can request for slight changes or rearrangement of sections in the website. I am unable to accommodate for additional features for this project.
- I will create 5 pages for you (Home, Our Listing, List with us, About Us, Contact).
- I will create maximum up to 5 listing of property in your ‘Our Listing’ page. Additional listing will be charged at SGD$50 per listing.
