Backup files in cpanel

Hi KC,

Rememeber you taught us how to backup files for our website in cpanel. I lost my note book (maybe got thrown away by my children) so i lost the notes. Can you show the steps to do it again?

Poh Heng, you still have the CD with you? It contains a video that shows you how to backup up both the files and database.

Look inside the video folder of the CD =)
